This year I really doubled down on the menopause content. Menopause is the topic I get asked about most frequently. It’s the thing people want me to speak on, write about and request one to one coaching for. That’s fine by me, I’m in the thick of it myself and very aware of the many barriers it poses to women generally but especially to runners.
I’ve had a range of menopause blogs over 2024 and here are the ones that have been most popular:
1. Why is my face so red when I run?
2. Vaginal atrophy for runners
3. Tips for Training for a Marathon in the Perimenopause
4. The Challenge of Consistent Running Through Menopause
5. Why am I Tired all the Time in Perimenopause?
6. Why am I running so slowly in Perimenopause?
7. Perimenopausal Weight Gain in Runners
8. How to Run Faster in Perimenopause
9. Will running make my face sag?
10. How Does Running Help Bone strength?
That’s just a little glimpse of the menopause content this year. Click on a few and see if you like them. If you do then I’m sure you’d like my weekly email newsletter for peri and post menopausal runners. Lots of tips, musings and advice on running through and beyond menopause. You can sign up at the bottom of the page.
This brings my blogging year to a close. I’m already making lists of what to share in this new year. I always love hearing about what you want to know so leave me a comment here or on social media. Wishing you a very Happy New Year and a happy and healthy 2025 full of running.
