Here’s a handy infographic I created to help you manage hay fever and running. 4 simple steps to stop hay fever getting in the way of your running.
A cracker of an evening walk. I did go live on here but my signal failed so apologies if you joined me. Walking not running as post Covid vaccination and my body was telling me NO. Felt so calm after wandering in this beautiful scenery. So chilled that getting back and having to make tea for everyone feels like far too much action 😂
A whole host of experts are ready to give you advice, tips and support as you navigate exercise through the peri-menopause. The series starts tomorrow (Monday) and it’s FREE. Sign up to receive access to all the masterclass talks. The prescription is to take one daily for the next 14 days!
Up and at ‘em! Only a short running window today as got to take my daughter somewhere. Frosty ground thawing as I ran. Happy I gave up my Sunday lie-in! If I overthink it I end up not going. Don’t engage brain just put your kit on and get out the door before you know what you’re doing 🤣 That’s my tip anyway! Have a lovely Sunday. More in my stories if you want the views and out of breath video 😊 #runwell
Running. Chatting. Laughing. Friday mornings with @261clublancaster are a highlight of my week. Being part of a running club, whether it’s in-person or virtual, makes such a huge difference. It keeps you accountable, motivated and most importantly supported. Rain or shine this gang are there with smiles on their faces (by the end anyway 😉) A delight and honour to coach them. Tell me about your running club ...
Lots of love for my video of me warming up. I felt quite self conscious doing it but I think it’s helpful when you can actually see someone do it in real life. I’ve made these tiles to summarise what I did. Super quick to do and fires up all the different parts of the body. Give it a go. Make it a habit. Let me know how you get on. 🙌 #runwell
