Vagina…..there, I said it!

I was really pleased to be asked to write a guest blog for Diary Doll.

The award winning Diary Doll brand was created by TV presenter Carol Smillie and British tennis star Annabel Croft. They wanted to help women of all ages avoid embarrassing leaks.

So, whether it’s period blood or drips of urine, Diary Doll pants can help. They look and feel like normal pants but they have a secret waterproof panel to stop leaks and increase confidence.

So simple but SUCH a good idea.

The taboos surrounding periods and urinary incontinence remain but I’m keen to do my bit to break them down. I think the place to start is getting more comfortable about talking about our bodies in general.

I was delighted to be asked to guest blog and here’s the link:

As always, I’d love your comments.
